Online Product Contract
This Agreement is made on this $Date$ between Tina Rose Wallington Coaching and $Participant’s Full Name$.
1. Product Description
The Instructor agrees to provide the following online course to the Participant:
• ProductTitle: Connecting With Spirituality
• Duration: At clients own pace
• Delivery Method: Online via Platform
• Course Access: This will be sent in a separate email
2. Course Fee & Payment Terms
• Total Course Fee: £7.98
• Payment Method: PayPal or Stripe
• Payment Schedule: Full payment upfront
Payments are due before the course start date or according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of course access.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
• Requests for a refund must be submitted in writing within 7 days of course enrollment.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days from enrollment due to being downloadable material.
4. Participant Responsibilities
The Participant agrees to:
• Complete all coursework to the best of their ability.
• Adhere to the course schedule and deadlines.
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants, including any shared materials or discussions.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in removal from the course without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials provided by the Instructor, including but not limited to videos, handouts, and assignments, are proprietary and protected by copyright. The Participant agrees not to distribute, share, or reproduce any course materials without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all content shared within the course and will not disclose, share, or publish discussions, information, or materials shared by other participants.
7. Limitations of Liability
The Instructor provides information and educational materials in this course but makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. The Participant agrees to take full responsibility for their actions and results following course completion.
8. Termination of Access
The Instructor reserves the right to revoke access to the course if the Participant fails to meet payment obligations or violates the terms of this contract. No refunds will be issued if access is terminated due to a breach of this agreement.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Entire Agreement
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Instructor and Participant. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
